I love this knife! I have several Wustof knives and love all of them, but this is my first in the "Classic" line. The heft and feel of the handle is so perfect, I'm wishing now that my others were also Classics. And I can't believe how easily and cleanly it cuts bread! I've been using just a regular serrated knife on loaves of artisan bread and the results were terrible. With this knife I get beautifully even, clean slices.
