[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited for this filtration device I’m a water fiend as is my family. But one thing is we like our water COLD I thought this big fancy machine would be able to make the water cold. I’m pretty disappointed about that fact. Aside from that it’s rather big and me personally I don’t like to keep things on my countertop. I do like the pre-measured buttons for suspending or that it can fit into water bottles well. I can appreciate how much water it holds! Even after filling up the tank it has a whole half at least in the reserve. The water tastes so clean! I really enjoy the taste.
