A lot of these vent fans these days have lights and humidity sensors and all kinds of extra stuff that could potentially break. The only thing that I don't like about it is that the LED light is only 3000K and compared to all my other 4000K LED lights, the color is too yellow. Nice fanheaterlight combo! The heater works REALLY well!!! It heats up my small bathroom in no time! The fan is a bit loud but tolerable. The fan and heater themselves are fine. Customers should be aware that this can be a very difficult install in an existing house, depending on the location of the unit. KEY THING that Wayfair needs to be aware of is that no light is included with the unit. It looks like there should be one right there in the middle, but the light is not included and is very expensive to add. Wayfair should make this very clear in its listing of this item on its site..
