The reviews were good, but the bed has exceeded all expectations. We are 51 and 43 years of age and weigh 300 LBS between us. Weve worked and played hard this life. We have slept on this mattress for over a week now and every single time, as my 220 lb, blue collar husband wakes up, he comments that was the best sleep ever. He has slept all over the country, in every kind of bed there is. He rarely gives a compliment, unless well deserved. We have owned 3 mattresses in 4 years. So far it appears to be a good match for me and my wife since we both have back issues. Also, I am a side sleeper and the topper accomodates hips, elbows, knees, etc. I do need to know the procedures for returning the mattress after 7-10 days, if we do not feel that it is the best product for us.. Whoever said this mattress was soft, fight me, because y’all lied. The bed did fully inflate within the recommended 72 hours. It probably would have been ready around 24 hours, but we followed the directions and let it sit the full 72. It also had no smell, which was a plus.
