The clock functions as described, however I am only giving it 3 stars because the screen can not be viewed well unless it’s straight up and down (see pictures). My purpose for this was to be able to wake up and see the weather and time all at once but my place for the clock is on a tall boy dresser. Despite being overly bright at night (wish it had a smart feature where it dimmed at night- in fact it seems to be overly bright during the night and dim during the day so it’s hard to view), you still cannot see the time or temperature well (it’s hard to explain but it emits a lot of light but the numbers don’t show well at an angle). It also was not easy to program (not really self explanatory and the minimal instruction Manuel uses acronyms that I am unfamiliar with). So overall, it is a quality product but I would advise only purchasing it if you plan to hang
it on a wall. Also, it takes AA batteries for the temperature sensor and AAA batteries for the clock - you would think they would have some continuity here. One last thing- it’s packaged well, and you just have to hand turn the plastic screws to remove them out of the package- you don’t need a screwdriver (see pics).
