I ordered 11 place settings, and one of the salad plates was broken. The dinner plates are inconsistent in color - some darker, some lighter. It's mostly a small difference, but one of the dinner plates is noticeably lighter than all the rest. It's on the bottom of the stack so unless I have a large group for dinner, it won't get used. The color inconsistency only seems to be a problem with the dinner plates and not the other pieces. This is a quality control issue that needs to be addressed.. Gretchen. I absolutely love this set!!! It was worth the money. The chocolate color is so rich and beautiful. It’s just like the picture. Because they are so pretty I can overlook the quality. The qualityweight is about the same as some dishes you’d get from Walmart. Don’t get me wrong, they’re not flimsy or paper thin. The quality is only basic. So I guess the price should be a little lower. But did I mention THEY’RE SO PRETTY!! Lol They match my home perfectly. My photos do not do them justice. Oh and nothing was scratched or broken.
