Very nicely packaged and shipped, and easy to put together. Allows flexibility for left or right facing options. The cushions ship vacuum packed and need 48 hours to fluff. It’s super easy to put the feet on by hand, and having a rubber mallet to connect the couch connectors together is very helpful. Seems to be decent quality material and cushioning. The brown color is more like a sand color and blends really nicely with our light gray walls, giving the room a more warm feeling than our previous black pleather sectional. We usually don’t allow our dogs on the furniture and our kids are all grown, but we shall see how it holds up with our grandkids over the years! Big fan. The left and right side arrived a few days before the middle piece but all very fast. About a week in and the fluffiness is holding up well. Great for the price, better than I expected Notes the back is slanted as seen in the photos. It makes the couch not as deep, but gives decent back support. When you remove the back cushions to sleep on it, its very wide. The couch in general and ottomans arent very heavy, so the ottomans tend to slide easily when moving around. I like the ottomans enough that I am keeping them and have ordered fabric to sew a top to match my existing chairs. The only negative is that the LEGS ARE PLASTIC and with a plastic molded tip. Can't remove the tip like I usually do with furniture legs, so I ordered wood legs online, and they fit perfectly. Just buy this. It’s heaven on earth. Got this so that all four of my dogs could sit on the same couch. Before, i had a reclining leather couch that my husky/GSD mix and two pugs sat with me on and my huge GSD had his own matching leather recliner, but I felt bad that he had to be separate.
