It’s comfortable, has good lumbar support and not too much head support which my neck likes. As others have said, it won’t stay fully back in the reclined position which is ok. I just watch tv in it. Purchased two of these, they arrived quickly and were extremely simple to assemble. One stays in position very well when reclined, the other tends to tip back up too easily.
