Appearance 5 stars, it has a timeless design. Quality 3.5-4 stars, solid material used on the lever and definitely no complaints here, however, plastic for the inside. Meaning the washer, bolt, arm that the chain attaches to…everything that is on the water tank side - plastic, not flimsy but not durable. The Koehler toilet had metal for their arm, bolt, washer, etc, so I looked to see if I could swap them but the sizing and materials were too different and it wasn’t going to work.
