I am always leary when I order an expensive item such as a fireplace on line. However, this did not disappoint! I am so impressed on the aesthetics and quality of this product. The packaging was superb and not a chip on the concrete. The assembly was a bit of challenge since I had it framed differently from the instructions in order to accentuate the arch. The pictures don’t do justice. I really love the French Provençal look it’s giving. This definitely will anchor the vibe that I’m trying to achieve with my house renovation goals! Lifelike! We cast some of our favorite pieces of splinter stone and made two repeatable sets that look and feel like the originals. We used a concrete and resin composite which feels cool to the touch. The casting allows for a consistent base shape throughout the collection too.
