We excitedly unpacked our bloomhouse stoneware. And we were impressed. The plates and bowl have a feel of solid quality. We purchased this brand of dinnerware because of the large broad bowls. The dark color combination is so pleasing to the eye. We are so looking forward to using them. No problems with their shipment as they were carefully delivered directly into my building. I was impressed that the packaging had only recyclable cardboard and no plastic foam. The artwork on the box was so impressive that I am going to incorporate a panel of the box in my restoration project. I did enjoy reading the enclosed card from the designer. I ordered these for our RV and they are perfect. The entree plate is only 10 inches wide, so check your measurements and bowl is not deep but perfect for a small bowl of soup or pasta serving and perfect for a dinner salad.
