In addition, you have the top of the headboard to place pics and such on. Assembly did take longer than I expected but when done and set up, it looked great and she loves it. I was so skeptical about purchasing this bed because of the price point. It was a really good price. And I was worried that it was going to be cheaply made or pieces broken when we got it, or it wouldn’t fit together the way it’s supposed to. It took my Handyman about eight hours to put it together.
