I absolutely love these! They are obviously well built and meant to last. They are heavy, but not to the point that it is annoying or impacts use. I almost didnt get these because of some of the more negative reviews I read, but I'm glad I didnt listen to that. These are fantastic. Like any of the different types of cookware, it's all about knowing how to cook with the type of material you are using or at least being willing to learn. I am used to cooking with nonstick products so I had to read up on how best to cook with stainless steel and I've had no issues. I would definitely recommend these!. Samantha. Just received. Haven't used but feel like great quality. Heavy and strong materials. Handy measuring lines on sauce pan and pots, may wear off quickly w time but nice to start with.
