The items in the kit worked well enough for making container candles. I don't think that it would hold up well for pillar candles, though. What would have been really nice in this kit is both the color flakes that they talk about, but don't include, and a few small tins so you could get started right away.. Michelle. This was a fun little do it yourself. Only problem was it did not come with instructions. After google it was pretty easy to make. I had a good time mixing different oils for different smells.
