I like how small these are when not filled, they easily store with my canopy when we are not using them. When ready to use iniust fill them up woth sand and they weight our canopy fown nicely. These bags are simple construction and will easily attach to any leg or base you need to secure it to (like tent legs). The material is thin, so it might not take much to tear it, particularly if it's against anything with a sharp edge. The velcro is good, but the stitching is pretty light so I'm not sure how well it will hold up long-term. The openings are large and easy to load with whatever you want to use (sand, rocks, etc.).
