it was a nightmare . it took a long time to receive it. then as you know the instructions were not there just a couple pictures in with the hardware. all the pieces were not included and instead if a twin like I ordered I received a queen I had to buy all new bedding and it takes up most of the room in my bedroom. The awesome flip side is your company's great personnel. Your staff gave me a refund so I could get a handyman to put it together and another discount due to the missing part and size issue. because they were so great I will not hesitate to do my online shopping with Wayfair in the future never another waterbed but anything else lol. I am just praying I got the correct base for the queen size and not a base for a twin. I am not sure what size it is supposed to be but it seems sturdy so far. will let you know if anything happens.
