Delivery was quick, fairly easy to put together alone but was unclear about the backing. Had to redo the back but didn’t require much effort. The cushion came with slight discoloration and it’s noticeable. Doesn’t wipe away. Request assistance from manufacturer and awaiting response. Shakira. North Brunswick, NJ. Tue Aug 18 2026

This is not a bad chair in a pinch. Quality is good, however the back flap to cover the interior of the chair should have Velcro running down the sides instead of just the bottom to fully cover the back. The chair is comfortable and even as there is a slant to the backrest, it could have been slanted more so you’re not sitting up so straight. Again I would recommend it in a pinch. The chairs are large and comfortable. The leather is soft but not the softest of leathers. As far as quality, this is a mid-quality leather product. The chairs I received don’t look exactly as they are shown on the site, specifically the back rest (see picture). Expect a a wrinkled softer look. Also, the back rest is attached to the chair which prevents me from readjusting the inside or adding more filling. I would not pay full price for this chair but I am satisfied for what I got them for. Wayfair stands behind their products and customer service is top notch. The delivery crew was also outstanding..
