Do not buy this mattress. We’ve had it for over a year and I sleep so good that my school kids have had more tardies at school in this one year than in all of their school years combined. It’s sucks you in and waking up is hard. I sit down to read a book on my bed and before you know it it turned into taking a nap. Our little girls loves to come get in bed with us and it’s just awful. Neither of us want to get out of bed to put her back so now we have 3 of us in the bed. When my husband works out of town I’m so excited to get the bed to myself but inevitably 1 or 2 of our 5 kids will come get in bed with me. We’ve half heartedly been good at our morning scripture study become we just keep pushing snooze. It’s really a terrible mattress. I used to love mornings and now my favorite part of the day is bedtime. I blame the bed. It’s life changing for sure. My kids principal is not impressed when their tardy excuse is “our parents pushed snooze 6 times” and then they miss the bus. For an entire school year. Not cool. We’ve had a lot of mattresses and this one is for sure the only life changing one we’ve ever had. We have a big Tv room that our family can watch Tv in. But we congregate on our queen size bed and watch Tv in the master bedroom. 2 adults and 7 kids. It’s absolutely ridiculous. It’s like we aren’t even in charge anymore. This mattress topper had to be “assembled” right out of the box. It was shrink-wrapped just like the Casper mattress and pillows. After the topper inflates, you just follow the instructions and zip up the cover. I have a queen-sized hybrid Casper mattress, and a queen-sized Casper mattress protector. I was able to cover this topper (queen-sized) with the mattress protector and my queen-sized non-Casper sheets as well as cover my mattress. The first night I slept on this I woke up multiple times because the topper felt too firm. It took about a week to adjust, but it feels like it’s part of the mattress now. This pillow is A1 quality. The zippered cover is made of polyester and spandex so it has a snug fit. The zipper closes easily. I’m always skeptical of the loft of a pillow—too high and it cranks my neck up too low and there is not enough neck support. The fill in this pillow perfectly conforms to my head and neck and adjusts with movement. The fill does not bunch up and stays nicely distributed. It is not as stiff as memory foam.
