My husband bought this shower base because he was afraid that a tiled shower base might leak in the long run. Nevertheless we purchased this Kohler shower base. It came in a crate that was half open. After installing he noticed two scratches on it. Tried calling Wayfair but could not get through because of COVID. I’m hoping that they sell some type of product that can buff out the scratches. I gave this so much thought. So happy I spent a few extra bucks and got this. You will need two people to move it. The recommended Kohler drain assembly is also a little more expensive but worth it. Due to problems with delivery and length of time (months) to receive, was given a $100. credit... but due to unspecified time frame use limit...lost the credit. Ordered Friday, arrived Monday - VERY fast service. Shower pan was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. Design is exactly as we expected and reinforcement on the underside is significantly better than the shower pans from the big box stores that I looked at. Support is very dense so floor should be very solid. I am very happy with this for our new bathroom installation in our basement.
