very rarely hand out 5 stars, but here they are. I was impressed. The first thing that jumped out at me was how well packed, and thoughtfully packed the parts to the bench were. The second thing was the clarity of the directions. The third thing was that all the parts were there, even a bag of extras. The cushion was laid flat and not bent nor folded and had the anti-slip patches on it. None of the pieces were chipped nor had crushed corners and all were plainly labeled. The directions were/are in international sign language, so no language barrier to assembly. You will need a drill bit to drill pilot holes for the back board. The directions do not say this, the screws are self-tapping for that piece, but I didn't want to chance splitting the material. I'd buy this again if I needed another. The photos, left to right, are the finished bench with shoes, the anti-skid on the pad, the fasteners-note the packet of extras-neatly packaged and identifiable, and lastly, those are size 13 golf shoes you can barely see..
