This is really thin styrofoam with a design of wood printed on one side. Just like a styrofoam cup. It takes more glue than you think even though very light. I used liquid nails. At first I just put around the edges as they are raised, but they didn’t stay up. So I had to put more like pictured. Even a new box cutter was not sharp enough for a clean edge, so I used scissors to trim. I will have to caulk the raw edges for a clean look tho. Easy to work with. Looks good and if you have an ugly ceiling, I would recommend to try. Four packs to a box. I used two ( half) for my small bathroom. Will use the rest on closet ceilings, I think.
