I really like this chair, it is very soft and was easy to assemble. I do feel the lumbar support is a bit too low as it inflates at the hips rather than the small of the back and I also think the back leans back too much. I get a back ache because if I sit up there is no support for my back and leaning back is really more of a recline. I'm pretty sure I put it together correctly and adjusted everything I can. I received this chair a few days ago and I finally had a full day of using it so I can write an accurate review. I work two remote jobs and I am a full time graduate student, so I spend 12-16 hours per day at my desk. A comfortable chair is an absolute must. My last chair also came from Wayfair and was fantastic, but it was fine for an upgrade. This chair is phenomenal! The green color is so beautiful and fits my office aesthetic perfectly.
