I was excited when we received the set. I have to admit it took some getting used to, cooking with these is a bit different than cooking with the nonstick pans we normally have. I would recommend seasoning the pans before using, it helps to avoid sticking. I just recently purchased this set because Cuisinart is supposed to be a reliable household name and I liked that it was rated as safe nonstick stainless steel cookware!
