We had been waiting to buy a chest freezer since we moved into our house last year...and then COVID hit. It was impossible to find chest freezers anywhere as people stocked up and shipments stopped. As soon as autumn came by, we started looking again - and found this one. It's big (my husband's comment was, "I didn't realize it was going to be so huge!") and I like the dimensions - it's not super deep (in terms of depth, not height) so it's easy to get things out of the bottom, as opposed to more square sized freezers that would be more difficult. It has bright enough lights (you'd definitely need lights in the room to be able to find things hiding in the corners though), an easy to use temperature control, a lock (we don't use it but it's handy to have), and two useful baskets that can hold smaller things.
