I ordered 11 place settings, and one of the salad plates was broken. The dinner plates are inconsistent in color - some darker, some lighter. It's mostly a small difference, but one of the dinner plates is noticeably lighter than all the rest. It's on the bottom of the stack so unless I have a large group for dinner, it won't get used. The color inconsistency only seems to be a problem with the dinner plates and not the other pieces. This is a quality control issue that needs to be addressed.. Gretchen.
