Very nice comfortable chair. It is also good looking. The size and height of the chair is excellent. It was delivered quickly. As a senior I was looking for a chair with casters, that can roll and swivel and has arms. These features make it easier for me to get out of my chair with bad knees. The name of the chair says it tilts. I don’t know how it does that. It did not come with any instructions. The other thing I wish it had was more padding for the back of the chair. More like an office chair. So I am using my Tempur-Pedic back pads on the chair. I do spend several hours using my kitchen table for reading and work, so not having this kind of padding may not bother other people. Based on someone elses review about the difficult assembly we decided to pay for the assembly as part of the purchase. Based on 4 chairs, the price was 191 for an hour and 45 minutes. The guy actually needed an extra 2 hours to complete the assembly of all 4 chairs, so we had to pay an extra 200. Wayfair needs to adjust assembly time in the purchase process. These chairs are very well made and quite comfortable. They were already assembled and the seat height is adjustable. However delivery took 3 1/2 months and communication with Wayfair was poor. Also the color on the website shows as a greenish brown, but my chairs are nearly ecru and will probably soil easily. However they look very nice and will match my decor and they did finally arrive.. I love my chairs! They’re comfortable, well made and nice looking. However, two of them squeak and one completely swivels around if your feet aren’t touching the floor. I would appreciate some help in resolving this. Is there anything I can do to stop the squeaking Such as lubricant Or the one that swivels on its own Thought it might be that the floor isn’t level but checked that and that’s not the case. I’m very mad about my second order of this chair! I ordered 1 chair because I wanted to make sure it looked good and was what I wanted before ordering another 3 to complete my kitchen dinette set. The first chair was delivered in perfect condition and I really liked it so I ordered 3 more and when they arrived they were all damaged to a certain degree.
