The item was well packaged in a plain cardboard box. The foam packaging protected the items carefully. The hardware seems to be well-built and of good quality. I’ve never installed anything like this and it took me maybe two hours with a good amount of breaks in between. I chose this fixture set to match the black matte sink faucet that I previously ordered and it goes perfectly with it. The package comes with five pieces in total, I used four in my master bathroom and one in the second bathroom. Mo-en Towel bar 24” in Chrome, perfect the box was destroyed but the piece inside was fine, now I just have to get ready to install it, and I will be all set. Most all Moen products in the same finish work very well which each other, and there look doesnt show any screws which is a huge reason why I love Moen.
