So far so good. I just installed this tile last weekend. It went in fairly easily and I love how it looks. The pattern is a bit busier and darker than in the listing but it hides the dirt better than a plainer pattern. I really like how tight the seams are on this product several others Iooked at had gaps or faux grout lines that are just asking for dirt buildup. Overall I'm very satisfied with the quality for the price. ( I recommend using a table & miter saw or a flooring saw that does both. (I used a RYOBI cordless flooring saw) These are heavy duty tiles and are not easy to score and snap.) Also pencil marks erase right off with no problem. These came just as expected! The quality is great, and I love that they are calibrated and of equal depth, yet provide just enough texture that you want from natural slate...the calibration is a huge deal, because it makes for much easier installation work! New floor looks great. Its softer to walk on than our old sheet vinyl. Moderately easy to install. I recommend lots of extra blades for doing cuts and a steady hand. Used a rubber mallet to help snap some of the tiles together which made the center of the room pretty quick work. If I did this again, I would have opened more of the boxes and done some sorting so that I paid more attention to the placement of the lighter and darker tiles.
