These closet systems are a great color. Assembly was VERY time consuming. We ended up hiring a contractor to assemble and install them. The assembly time indicated was grossly underestimated. The curtain rods that are inside of the main portion of the system doesn’t have enough room to hang a simple shirt. They should have been mounted above the shelf and the shelf should have been removed all together. It is definitely more cheaply made that previous systems we have had. Overall, I like this closet organizer. The drawer slides are a one roller front and one roller rear and while they work, they are noisy, a little rough, and when the drawer is pulled out, the drawers make a good thump when it hits the stops. I thought I knew my measurements before I ordered this closet organizer and it turns out it is a little big for the closet. And once its assembled, what are you going to do? We will make it work.. Its really sturdy, easy to put together, and came with lots of different brackets and braces to help customize it. I did end up modifying it to fit my small walk-in closet which was about 43x72 so I didnt use the two shelves that came with it. I was afraid of cutting the shelves since it did come with a warning that it should only be cut by professionals. Love my closet now. Before, there were two shallow shelves at the top and two clothing rods on either side of the closet with so much wasted space. This system was installed for me by a renovation crew working on my new home. I am told that it was easy to assemble and appears to be spacious and sturdy. However, it is not trimmable and was slightly too wide for the space; the website says it can be cut to fit. Overall I am very happy for the price and value. It seems pretty well made you are suppose to. Secure it to the wall which I was not aware of. It works for women’s clothes with thin hangers well. Probably not good for a man with larger plastic hangers becasue the bottom row hangers would hit the cross bar because they are larger.
