4 stars for calling this a Door Organizer and not including the hardware for interior door mounting! The manufacturer couldn’t (!) tell me what was needed; my dad was unfortunately no help; and the Lowe’s online, phone, and local associates were all useless. WHAT YOU NEED for the interior (aka hollow) door mount are: two or three packs of Toggler Hollow Door Anchors #8 x 1-1/4” Model #50275 (pictured). You can find them in Aisle 16, Bay 10 at Lowe’s. You can either use the screws inside or the 1-1/2” screws included with the rack. The anchors in the kit will work with either size screw. Also, contrary to one of the answered questions here, you CAN break up the rack and mount it in pieces! It’s a versatile, handy piece with easy to follow instructions other than the glaring omission of hollow-mounting parts and knowledge. Kudos to the amazing customer service from Wayfair. Looks just like pics, easy to set up, my husband was done super quick. Has little holes on top incase u want to stack another on top which is cool. Im using for over my closet shelf and it doesnt fit super high heels standing up, but I dont care too much cuz I dont use super high heels. Those are like the only two I have. All others are sneakers or medium heel like the corks() or wedges shown on the right standing up. Those are 4, rest are higher heel slightly, plus actual back part of shoe adds more height. I added height from floor of shelf to first level and between second floor level to top. Plus the measurement of my shoes for comparison. Over all I like it and can use top for storage too, nothing too heavy but easily can throw my purses up there and or some plastic containers with miscellaneous stuff shipping was pretty quick. Purchased 4 of the shelf with rod unit for my closet. with 6 other units. They shelf with attach to the cabinets or the wall or both depending on your plans. All hardware is included plus support brackets. Instructions were easy to follow. The rod is adjustable and you can cut the shelf to fit your space.
