Bought this for my son’s closet. The material is cheap and some of the parts I ordered was expensive. Most of my parts came damaged like the top shelf was damaged but my husband cut the piece off to fit it into the closet small space. Overall the closet looked good after it was assembled. It's an amazing system for the price. However, the top shelves will only work if you're doing a full 120" closet. It should be marketed as a 120"w system, not the flexible model as it is without shelves. I ordered two sets of these to replace wire shelving in my daughters' closets. They weren't difficult to put together, just time consuming. A couple of the pieces were chipped and some of the hardware was missing. Wayfair sent the missing hardware promptly. I researched loads and for many weeks. For the money, this is as good a value as you'll find. But of course, one week after I received it, it went on sale! Geez. Mostly a one-man job, only lifting the top unit onto the bottom required help. Follow instructions and you should be ok. Notes: 1) When inserting the drawers, they will appear not to close all the way. (see picture) You have to push with some force to get them to close the first time so the drawer back is flush with the sides. 2) This product is particle board covered with a laminate. It damages easily and may have some minor cosmetic flaws. 3) One of the drawers was missing two slide screws (specialized) and so I am waiting to put in the last drawer. Wayfair was very responsive to my questions (except about the drawers not closing all the way - they punted to Closet Maid who gave me the answer (Closet Maid support only open 9-3 ET!). 4) The three top 48" shelves came in a separate carton. You should need just two, so I guess you get an extra, if you damage one or as in my case, one came with a corner damage. The instructions don't reveal it but the shelves are meant to be cut to line-up with the top shelf of the main system. They are 1/2 inch short in depth than the top shelf of the unit. I chose to put mine on top butted against each other. 5) I would strongly recommend locating the studs and use the supplied supports attached to at least one stud for the unit, and for supports under the shelves. 6) Total time to complete about 9 man hours because I had to take down the old wire closet system, patch holes, sand, two coats of paint, and then assemble. Actual assembly time for just this system is about 5 hours. 7) One of the drawer handles had a manufacturing cosmetic flaw and Wayfair is sending me a replacement along with the two missing screws (see picture). I can't complain about Wayfair support. Note: bottom drawer in picture is actually just sitting on the floor waiting for the screws for mounting the other drawer slide in the slot above.. Paul. ClosetMaid came in and designed our master closet and gave me a quote for $8K. I bought everything here on Wayfair for 1600. One major recommendation, buy each individual part you need separately. If you order everything you want and one item out of 20 is not available or backordered, Wayfair held up my install for months. Once I cancelled my order and went online to order each part separately, I got them in 3 days. You would think that someone there at Wayfair would have figured that out, but no! I called MULTIPLE times and sat on hold over an hour MULTIPLE times for them to tell me that the warehouse said it's going out in 2 days...I got that same answer for nearly 4 months. I even said that if one piece was holding up the order, to send what they had...no they didn't have a clue. However, the product is great and that's what I am reviewing. I selected two of these for my master walk in closet. Closet decent for a walk in but not big enough. Decided these would be good way to organize. For the price please with my purchase and easy for my boyfriend to install.
