It's aight. No issues with holes out of place put together in 1 hr 45 minutes one person. A little hard to get over the ladder. I sure hope weight limit of 400 lbs is accurate cause I'm 140 and my kid 30 and a good 20 pnd mattress and bedding. It wobbles but there is a kit I will install tomorrow to secure it to the wall to prevent wobble. The wobble doesn't feel unsafe and it is not creaky at all even when I got on it. This was perfect for my 7 year old son. He sleeps on the top bunk and I really like that the rails are on all sides. Having a ladder on both ends makes placement a breeze. Will be using the futon more as a couch for reading, playing etc. He thinks it is very, very cool to have a couch in his room. It was very easy to put together for 1 person, I only needed help with attaching the top slat to the frame. Took about 2-3 hours tops. The 7 year old is now 17. And this bed is still going strong.
