I got it on sale for 50% off and it feels like a $1500 is suppose to feel so only getting it for $800 feels like a total steal. I would recommend this couch to anyone. I absolutely love this couch! I measured it out with painter’s tape on my floor beforehand to make sure it would fit, and somehow I was STILL surprised by how freaking huge it was! Thankfully, it fits, and it’s also super comfortable. I had pretty much resigned myself to never ordering a couch online again after my last one ended up being way too firm. But after weeks of researching, I finally committed to this one, and I don’t regret it at all Also, you HAVE to fluff the pillows! I was a little worried after seeing some of the review photos where the pillows looked really flat, but they just need some attention. I literally punched and fluffed each one for about 2–3 minutes, and I swear they puffed right up! So if they look flat when you first unpack them, don’t panic. Give them a good beating first. Lastly, I saw a few reviews mentioning that some of the holes for the legs weren’t drilled. I almost feel like those reviewers may not have read the directions because the “missing holes” are actually on the end pieces. The middle section is the only piece where all four legs are screwed directly into the bottom. Once you follow the instructions and see how the pieces fit together, it makes sense. okay love how the couch came out! I had a family friend build this and it took him a couple hours alone. I would say it was relatively easy. however the pillows are flatter than i assumed, they don’t have much structure to them in terms of laying on them , but that makes sense with them acting as the “back board”. I would recommend adding some pillows to lounge on instead of these. The comfort of it is alright, still kinda stiff feeling but i’m hoping when i use it more i’ll kinda break it in. Just buy this. It’s heaven on earth. Got this so that all four of my dogs could sit on the same couch. Before, i had a reclining leather couch that my husky/GSD mix and two pugs sat with me on and my huge GSD had his own matching leather recliner, but I felt bad that he had to be separate. Ok…. The directions are 27 pages long. I almost hired someone to put it together until I unboxed it, and it wasn’t that bad. Now…. Though, it took me almost 3 hours, and the directions say 30 minutes ( but that’s with2 people and I’m sure it could get done faster. For the price, this is a really nice couch! I took a bit of a risk ordering it since there weren’t many reviews, but overall I’m happy with It is smaller than I expected, but it works perfectly for my tiny space. For reference, I’m 5’3” and when I lay across it, I don’t reach from end to end. One thing to note is that the cushions in the listing photos look much fuller and thicker than the ones I received. Mine are definitely thinner, but the couch is still comfortable! I’d recommend adding or replacing the throw pillows to make it a little cozier. Update after one year the reclining mechanism broke on one side so it cannot be reclined. The thin underside fabric that holds the stuffing in place has ripped on the other side. There’s not a proper way to reattach the fabric to hold the stuffing. I’ll be surprised if it lasts another year. A really great reclining sofa. The micro suede fabric is comfortable and looks nice. As a heads up for some people using micro suede for the first time, you should not use spray on deodorizer. Make sure you look up ways to clean a micro suede sofa. As other people have mentioned, the armrests are a little bit low, but not terrible. I think they’re a great position for when leaning off to the side, a little bit or even laying down across the sofa. The reclining handle is responsive and not hard to pull. The actual reclining feature is wonderful. There’s just enough resistance in the leg lift so that you don’t have to push too hard to make it go down or lift your legs up to make it go up. The center seat is also very comfortable. I have no complaints whatsoever about this sofa on day one In my photo, I have added a white and a purple PlayStation five controller for color reference. There is a slight green tint to the sofa when viewed with LED lightbulbs. But in natural sunlight, it does have a true grayish color.
