Oh I’m so disappointed. It’s really nice fabric and overall appearance but not comfy for me anyway. I’m a plus size gal ( size 16) so it is big enough but not supportive for my lumbar spine or neck. We really like these chairs! We were skeptical, as most things we get from this site seem poor quality. But I like these chairs!! My only disappointment is that the pink color is so faint. I would prefer a richer, more saturated color. I add pillows to take care of that. The thing I like most about these is that I can sit up straight instead of being forced to lean back which puts my back into a spasm. We have expensive chairs from Dania that kill my back and I can barely walk when I get up from sitting in them. These pink chairs feel fantastic. The Chihuahua is in 7th heaven because we bought two of these- we now have four chairs and four footstools which means the dog has his choice of chairs now, too, and doesn’t always want to sit in my lap when I watch TV. It’s perfect in my space! I was skeptical about it when the package arrived because the chair, ottoman, pillows came packaged neatly in one box. The pillows were vacuum sealed. The feet are a durable plastic. Assembly was very simple. I love the material color (black). The chair & ottoman are nice but the seat is not as cushioned as I'd like. Looks so cute! I read a review that said if youre thinking of buying this, just do it. And I did. And I dont regret it. The cushions are a bit more firm than Id prefer but I think they will be more soft once the lounger gets used more. Fits two people easily, and the dogs figure out out how to squeeze in there too.
