I LOVE this set! Such a good deal for the price. I purposely waited to use them to take pictures and review because I seen a few reviews that blamed the quality of the pan set for their burnt pots. I was excited when we received the set. I have to admit it took some getting used to, cooking with these is a bit different than cooking with the nonstick pans we normally have. I would recommend seasoning the pans before using, it helps to avoid sticking. I just recently purchased this set because Cuisinart is supposed to be a reliable household name and I liked that it was rated as safe nonstick stainless steel cookware! However the two smaller fry pans that came with the set have marks in them as if they’ve been scuffed so I’m not happy! They are absolutely beautiful, several months later I have not managed to scratch my pans! That sure makes me happy. I love these pans but I do wish the lids would sit on them a little bit better when they are turned upside down. I store my pots and pans with the lid on upside down so I can put another one on top however these flip just a little bit, we have to be careful. I bought this set because of how many pots come with it. I love that I get 3 sauce pots! They stack great, are lightweight, and look really nice. The lids are shallow so they can stack upright in a drawer and don't take up very much space. The bottom is smooth and coated which is a plus because the dishwasher doesn't dull the bottom of the pan, however I have noticed that it is doing it to the top rim of the pans. They are starting to get that dull rainbow look from the dishwasher. So these pans can go it the dishwasher but they will last longer if they are hand washed. The lids are vented on 2 sides. I wish they only vented on one side or the top because when you have 4 things going on the stove at once that's 8 spots where steam comes out!
