[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the most part this has been working well as I’m adjusting to using gas. The main challenge is getting a low heat as even the lowest flame is still higher than I’m used to. Also there are two separate burners under the griddle which is supposed to make it so you can cook different things at the same time, but really just makes it hard to get even heat across the whole thing.
