The instructions that came with the bed were horrible, two one page instruction forms, I called Wayfare and they gave me instructions that were way better but why weren’t they sent with the bed or emailed to me With that said I love my water bed it is so comfortable, the quality is great!. it was a nightmare . it took a long time to receive it. then as you know the instructions were not there just a couple pictures in with the hardware. all the pieces were not included and instead if a twin like I ordered I received a queen I had to buy all new bedding and it takes up most of the room in my bedroom. The awesome flip side is your company's great personnel. Your staff gave me a refund so I could get a handyman to put it together and another discount due to the missing part and size issue. because they were so great I will not hesitate to do my online shopping with Wayfair in the future never another waterbed but anything else lol. I am just praying I got the correct base for the queen size and not a base for a twin. I am not sure what size it is supposed to be but it seems sturdy so far. will let you know if anything happens. Have been sleeping in a waterbed for 40 years. We took it down a couple years ago. Finally had to find a new waterbed! Local area does not sell waterbeds! Even has a company called "Waterbeds and Stuff" does not sell waterbeds. Fortunately they are still available!! Thank you for providing the bed, sheets, and mattress pad. Great! We went from a sleep number bed to this waterbed. My husband sleeps much better on this bed then on his sleep number bed. I thought the bed came with a heater it did not. The mattress had a leak in the seam. The instructions tell you not to call Wayfair. We tried several patches but, because it is a seam leak, it keeps leaking. The phone number for the mattress company goes to a voicemail and they don't call you back. Don't buy this product!!! UPDATE: The manufacturer tells you not to call the retailer. However, we felt Wayfair should know what was going on. Within 30 minutes of contacting Wayfair's Customer service chat, Ashley M had another mattress ordered for us. Will update as allowed.... I had a ton of problems with this company. I was supposed to get the bed and a frame. I only got the frame, after many e-mails and phone calls I finally got the bed. After filling it, waterbed, I saw that the workmansip on the framing was poorly designed. I had to drain, remove and add plywood under the bed as it was sagging on the edges. Also, the design for the cover is very poor. You cannot remove the cover to wash it like my 40 year old WaterCloud mattress cover. I was given a credit by the company as the underside of the bed was damaged in shipping. That was very much appreciated. I hope this bed lasts as long as my previous WaterCloud.. Linda.
