If you are looking to use the backplate like we were, beware that it is engraved with the brands monogram and if you’re lucky, a crooked engraving. I find this super tacky and am unsure if we should try another faucet with backplate or try to ignore it. I am big on detail and this is a detail that should not exist.. MMB.
