I love the design, but the carafe is huge. It's difficult to wash in a small sink trying not to let it hit the faucet. But not everything is perfect. Coffee-wise, the drip method is great, but pour over option, not so much. It does make great iced coffee. Since it boils the whole water, it takes a little longer than typical coffee makers. It's worth the wait. But it's fun to watch the water boil, too. Decades ago, I used to own a boiling type (not DeLonghi) like this, and I loved it, too. Weighing pros and cons, pros outweigh..
