My delivery experience with Mercari was perfect. It actually was delivered before the delivery date (with available tracking ) and it was placed right on my front door step as I asked. It is wonderful that we do have a say so with giving directions on where we would like our item placed or even if we would like to have it placed on a hold. It was in great condition which shows that it was handled with care. And to top it off I loved my item. I purchased a mini crib for my baby and it is perfect for a smaller apartment.
