This is the perfect solution to holiday gatherings and big family parties! We decided to turn it into a little coffee station regularly, and then we will pull it out when we host for family. The only drawback is as that the extendable table comes in together with wooden dowels, which can be a pain to remember and then to put each little one inside the wood. I loved the look of this cabinet/table when I saw it. It was just what I was looking for; a table that converts into a small cabinet when not needed as a table. There were no reviews which made me nervous initially to make the purchase but I took a chance and I'm glad I did. The table came in two boxes and was very well packaged. I was very impressed as I unboxed it and laid out the parts. Everything was well labeled and all pieces were present along with extras. It took my husband and I a little over 6 hours to assemble it. I would have easily given it 5 stars except for a few cons to this beautifully designed cabinet/table. Cons: It comes with lighting in the glassed storage shelving and electrical outlet on the side of the cabinet. These were not necessary. They ended up making the unit messy with cords and cables. I'm using it as a desk so you rarely see or need the cabinet lighting. The lighting is also powered by plugging it into the USB port on the desk. It's just not necessary. Secondly, the unit sits very flush to the floor. It was probably not intended to be on an area rug like I have it so I can't put it flush to the wall and the shelf drawer drags when I open it to access the inside. Love this table. Folds out to add a table when needed. I put it together in less than 2 hrs. Very sturdy!!!! It was only 6 pcs. The directions had one putting the bottom of the table attach to the top and then flipping the table right side up. I couldnt get it to line up .
