I was so excited to order this Dutch Oven. I have been coveting one that is 10 times the price, but I figured I would give this one a shot and see what the ins and outs of cooking in an enameled cast iron cooking vessel. I was excited when we received the set. I have to admit it took some getting used to, cooking with these is a bit different than cooking with the nonstick pans we normally have. I would recommend seasoning the pans before using, it helps to avoid sticking.
