They’re fairly heavy duty. One spatula melted a little the first time I used it though. I think it was my bad though because I was pushing some scrambled eggs around the pan and the spatula was in contact with the pan for a bit too long. Oops. The whisk is nice and heavy, but the handle makes my hand cramp when using it for a while. It’s fairly thick so I think if it was a little thinner, that might help. I put a picture of a “regular” sized whisk handle for comparison. I needed non-metal utensils for my cookware so this fit the bill.
