This is a nice sturdy rack and the non stick coating works very well. It washes up easy in my sink. I could probably put it in the dishwasher but dishwasher detergent is hard on non stick coating. I find hand washing it and air drying it works really well for me. I also like the size of this rack. I may purchase another one if I decide I need it. Overall, this was a really good purchase.. Oh my god!! The best!.... no more grease spatter on my stove. No more greasy bacon. It is so much easier to make bacon in the oven, and so much less guilt as it’s not cooking in its own fat. I have also found that I can take a pastry brush and brush with some maple syrup during the last 2 minutes and have the most amazing flavor without having a disaster to clean.
