The item arrived promptly, in a packaging with some holes and scratches on it. Thankfully, the content is undamaged. Frame is painted in satin black which appears and feels solid. This is one of the largest chandeliers I’ve gotten from Wayfair at 70 plus inches long and this for sure will draw the eyes when installed in any room. I was a little surprised that the glass shades are semi-transparent, iridescent, and hued orange to brownish, with wavy lines; I expected them to be transparent and waved, hence the 1 star removed. Now I’m torn between leaving it as it is or spray-painting it frosted white. This review would have been a 5-star had the shades been plain transparent and without the wavy lines.. Andy. Dallas, TX.
