FABULOUS Double burner. Quality made. Heats very quickly. While many may use this in addition to their regular stove when entertaining, I am using it as my main stove all the time and highly recommend it as such. Since I mainly roast ,bake and cook casseroles and meals in my large, counter ,convection oven,and don’t cook on regular stovetop that often because it is older and not heating quickly, I don’t intend to replace my older stove and will use this double burner, instead ,for anything I need to cook in a pot. I am VERY happy with it. ..and an extra plus is no more having to struggle to remove drippings from down inside the grates and pans of regular stove. Because the large Burner does heat fast, experiment with lower settings , first, for foods you usually cook on it. This hot plate is very well designed and easy to use. My only complaint is that it has a noisy fan that runs constantly. I believe that this is a characteristic of all portable countertop induction hot plates. If I had known this then I would not have ordered this type of hot plate. It does heat very quickly but for me the noise is a deal breaker. A built-in induction cooktop installed in a countertop probably has a cooling fan too but the noise is confined within the cabinet below and not noticeable.. Lee. I ordered a couple of extra warming trays for Thanksgiving. The Costway does a pretty good job keeping casseroles warm. I was a little disappointed because the product I received seemed to be a return. It wasn't wrapped securely in plastic and had marks around some of its edges & on a handle. It arrived a day or so before Thanksgiving, so I used it. I used it a second time and the surface seems to heat unevenly; it gets pretty hot in the middle, but is cooler around the perimeter. All of my other orders from Wayfair have been received in excellent condition. This was unusual based on my experiences. I would not order this brand of warming tray again.. Kimberly.
