I absolutely love this sectional couch! I have to be honest, I was really nervous about ordering this. Some reviews weren't the best. I was worried about it coming in 4 different shipments, which I also have to be honest, 3 boxes came excatly on time and the 4th and main box came the day after. This didn't bother me to badly. I think everyone needs to practice patience sometimes. The cushions sprang right up. The covers went on easily. I like they can go on and off to wash. I thought the instructions were easy enough. In my opinion, it definitely takes two people to link the pieces into place but all in all, set up took maybe an hour if that. The storage seat lifts good and the pull-out slides up and out nicely. Easy to do. This couch is so incredibly soft! I super love the way it feels. I've had this a few week's now and have had zero issues. Except trying to keep my little dog off! Lol! He thinks it's his new bed. The cushions are firm but not to firm. Perfect size for my living room and family. I didn't want something huge taking up our entire space and I just wasn't finding that at the furniture stores. I'll say one last thing, I do advise combing this to keep it fluffy. Which I find rather soothing to do. Other than that, this is a great piece. If you're on the fence but the dimensions fit your space and you love soft and fluffy, just get it. Delivery was easy. Setup was easy. The couch is beautiful and comfortable. We have a small space and this fit perfectly. It’s sitting on an 8x10 rug in this picture just to give you a size reference. I was hesitant about the faux leather because I’ve always had fabric couches and we like to use our couches for lounging, laying on and sometimes napping. Having a comfortable material was super important. The faux leather is soft, almost like fabric and is super comfortabl. It also repels pet hair! We’ve got an Aussie and a Border Collie in the house and even though they aren’t allowed on the couch, their hair is everywhere. But it doesn’t stick to this couch! So I no longer worry about sitting on the couch in my work clothes to put on my shoes in the morning.
