We recently bought a 170 year old farmhouse and slowly renovating. We’re on a tight budget and this fit the bill. We replaced a 1970s 36 inch gas stove with this beauty. I did the gas connection myself but had my electrician install the 50 amp outlet. Burners are powerful and the oven is great. It does take as long as the old one to preheat , but once it gets going, it’s really true convection. I’m a former chef and really wanted the kind of stove I had in my restaurant and food truck. Love this stove. Call me crazy but the food that comes off this stove tastes better. Anything we’ve put in the stove has come out perfectly cooked. Our roasted vegetables have been delicious. We replaced our very expensive Thermador that never worked well. I was a little nervous about buying such a significant piece without seeing it in person. We have had it in the house for about six weeks now and I absolutely love it. The ovens heat up quickly and seem to bake evenly. The only thing is, I cannot be exact with the temperature on the knobs (see picture) but that’s fairly easy to figure out. I love the griddle and it’s easy to clean (I posted one picture with the cover on, and one picture with the cover off) . The burners are magnificent. I purchased a home with a kitchen/breakfast nook combo, and needed it to be all kitchen. The old stove/vent were the room divider, so the corner was the only place to relocate these. I needed an efficient vent that would be a good corner install and fit with plenty of clearance for side cabinets. It's perfect!! The upper cabinet was modified for this vent, and it is beautiful.
