Some scratches on it Edges were scuffed. But I’m sure that’s due to shipping not manufacturer. Plus since it so high up, nobody can see it. The extension is long enough for 10” ceiling. The screw holes didn’t line up to our Winflo vent hood. This is a replacement to go on your vent hood NOT an add on to the chimney ur vent hood comes with, FYI.. Anonymous. I purchased a home with a kitchen/breakfast nook combo, and needed it to be all kitchen. The old stove/vent were the room divider, so the corner was the only place to relocate these. I needed an efficient vent that would be a good corner install and fit with plenty of clearance for side cabinets. It's perfect!! The upper cabinet was modified for this vent, and it is beautiful. The unit looks great and the manufacturer (Cosmo) worked with me to get the extension I needed to reach my high ceiling. Can't wait to get it operational. I will post more feedback once I fire it up. Update. Got it installed today. Looks great and works very well. Will say the installation was tougher than others I have done and had installed. Directions are a little lacking on this model.
