This review goes out to the skeptical yet thorough person who cringes at making large purchase site unseen. That was definitely me, with my tape measure and goggling what chenille fabric. DELIVERY- comes in one big box that was probably 5"8ft tall and 3ft wide. Was able to fit on my small apartment elevator with myself and the 2 movers. UNBOXING - couch comes pretty much assembled with a separate box containing the legs. SETUP - I had the pleasure of not putting the couch together. Wayfair had a special for free assembly at the time of my purchase so the movers put the couch together. It took no time because they simply screwed the legs on. VISUAL IMPRESSION - beautiful, true to color...definelty blue lol. was really worried about the length of the couch as I was deciding whether to buy or not but it works for me in an open concept studio apartment for one (650sqft). Could sit with 1 friend spaciously or 2 others hip to hip. COMFORT - Couch is firm, not unbearablly firm more like doctor office chair firm or car seat firm. I was looking to avoid velvet type or the teddy bear/boneless couch fabric for my next couch...more of a linen was the goal. This is a good medium for me in terms of fabric...like a low cut fluffy linen. When sitting and laying, if youre looking for a squishy memory foam cloud couch like experience this is not it. I'd say this is a couch for someone who doesn't spend a lot of time sitting on a couch (if that makes sense). FUNCTIONALITY - the seats cushions aren't removable...the middle is boundtogether so no worries about the cushions moving around, only thing is the back cushions those can be moved around and the covers removed...I believe if you want to clean it you'll have to invest in a cute fabric cleaner machine. Very much true to size. Armrests are firm with some cushion...if you push hard enough you'll feel stillness but comfy non the less. NEGATIVES(kinda) - I find the foldable back to be weird. It doesnt flop or anything it just makes the piece feel less serious. I suppose it was a space saving hack for packaging...could probably finesse a sleeping sofa situation out of it. Just weird. Read a lot of reviews and watched a the wayfair specialist video multiple times before taking the plunge. Happy with this purchase overall.. Joshalyn. Augusta, GA. Sun Oct 11 2026

I liked the sofa. Very pretty. The material is really soft. It is on a firmer side but I knew that. There was a small tear in one of the arms but I kept it as it doesn’t affect functionality and it’s a task to return.. Anonymous. Tue Oct 20 2026

Good couch for the price. Assembly instructions were unclear and times and one of the holes for the screws was blocked by some sort of metal. Also not single-person install friendly if that’s an issue for you.. Malik. Sun Jun 07 2026

This is a beautiful high quality piece that looks great. The fabric on this couch is very soft and just stunning. One of the armchair sides doesn’t line up fully but I think we can fix it. If so, I’ll give it 5 stars.. Jane. Tampa, FL. Sun Oct 11 2026

I was hesitant to order a couch in a box but I have to say it has exceeded my expectations! I love the design and the colour of this sofa and it is the perfect size for my small, one bedroom apartment. It adds a touch of brightness to my space. The cushions are firm and comfortable. It was super straightforward to put together and I did it myself in about 1-1.5 hrs. I do wish the arm rests were a little higher as they don't really feel super functional. Also a note for tall people- the chaise is just long enough for me as a 5 foot 2" person. If you are any taller, you will likely not be able to extend your legs all the way.. Anonymous. I love the final look of this couch! The seat cushions are very supportive, the perfect mix of firm and soft. All of the pictured covers are removable and machine washable, except the bottom half of the back rest that is zipped. It’s a part of a piece that must be spot cleaned. Only complaint - didn’t realize the seat cushions for the back rest were packaged in the armrest. One person can assemble this in roughly 2 hours.. Anonymous. Fri Oct 09 2026
